Terms of Service

• Daily food content from around the world
• Cultural information and stories about food
• Calendar-based food content browsing
• Social features including likes and comments
• Content sharing functionality
• Today's food information via widgets

1. Users may register as members through the procedures established by the Company.
2. Members may request withdrawal at any time through the service settings, and the Company will process it immediately.
3. Upon withdrawal, personal information and like history are immediately deleted. Comments are also deleted.
4. Non-members may use some services.

• Stealing others' personal information
• Unauthorized modification of information posted on the service
• Using the service in ways not permitted by the Company
• Defaming or disadvantaging others
• Writing inappropriate comments including profanity, denigration, or hate speech
• Infringing intellectual property rights such as copyrights
• Other acts that violate applicable laws

The Company may restrict use or revoke membership after prior notice if users violate the above obligations.

1. Copyright of content within the service (text, images, design, etc.) belongs to the Company.
2. Users may share content on personal social media through the sharing features provided by the service.
3. Copyright of comments written by users belongs to the respective users.

1. The Company may change the service for operational or technical reasons.
2. The Company may temporarily suspend the service due to force majeure, system failures, or other unavoidable circumstances.
3. Changes or suspensions will be announced through the service in advance.

1. The Company is not liable for free services unless otherwise specified by applicable laws.
2. The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by user negligence.
3. Food information provided by the service is for reference only and does not replace medical advice.

1. In case of disputes between the Company and users, both parties shall negotiate in good faith.
2. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved at the competent court under applicable laws.
3. The laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply to the interpretation and application of these terms.

2. Changes will be announced through the service at least 7 days before the effective date. For changes unfavorable to users, notice will be given at least 30 days in advance.
3. Users who do not agree to the changed terms may discontinue use and withdraw.
